MIND - think healthy!

By rational thinking I mean balanced thinking, with a realistic dose of optimism but also with a touch of anxiety. I believe that in our lives we also need a little anxiety to take the best decisions.

Positive and very optimistic thinking can make you see things in an unreal way and with a tendency to repeat certain mistakes.

Most of the time, we find ourselves in extremes, either too optimistic or too anxious.
