I am Ruxandra, a passionate traveler in the world of personal development and a lover of balanced living. Here, you will find not just information, but also my experiences, tested advice, and my passion for a balanced lifestyle.

If I were to describe myself in a few words, I would say that I am a book lover, a fervent traveler, and an advocate for animal rights. I find joy in the simple pleasures of life, in the sunrise, and in the breeze in the midst of nature.

My life has been a journey of highs and lows, and it is a constant search for answers to questions that often flood my soul. In this journey, I have discovered that empathy is my lighthouse, guiding me in my relationships with others and giving me the strength to move forward in a balanced way.

For me, health means not just a healthy body, but also a balanced emotional state. I have been a vegetarian since 2016, and I practice yoga and meditation to maintain this balance. Additionally, I have embraced therapy and self-exploration to improve both my interpersonal relationships and my relationship with myself.
